Working across HR, business functions, and international stakeholders, you coordinate complex initiatives, align diverse perspectives, and drive sustainable change. From organizational transformation and HR digitalization to process optimization and talent initiatives, your work helps create a more agile, efficient, and future-ready organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic HR projects and programs, ensuring successful execution from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Define project scope, governance, milestones, success metrics, and implementation plans aligned with business and people priorities.
- Manage project progress, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring delivery within scope and timeline.
- Build strong partnerships with HR leaders, HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, Shared Services, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Facilitate project governance processes, steering committee reviews, workshops, and executive updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Drive change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, readiness assessments, and adoption strategies.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, harmonize, and digitize HR processes, supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Promote project management best practices across the HR community and embed lessons learned into future initiatives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management credentials are an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Project Management, Program Management, Organizational Development, HR Transformation, or related functions.
- Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects within multinational and matrix organizations.
- Experience supporting HR transformation, organization design, talent initiatives, HR digitalization, shared services, or process improvement programs is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR operating models, employee lifecycle processes, organizational change, and HR technologies.
- Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders across different functions, countries, and leadership levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process mapping, data analysis, and structured decision-making.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with the ability to build trust and gain commitment without formal authority.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
