A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our team as a Transport Coordinator, where you will be the driving force behind getting goods where they need to be - out of the warehouse, onto trucks, into containers and out to the project sites that are counting on them. You will balance sharp planning with quick thinking, staying one step ahead when a delay or a last-minute change throws the plan off course. Working closely with your team, you will take real ownership of every shipment from start to finish.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Plan and coordinate daily outbound transports, creating and managing transport orders in SAP and OneTMS.
  • Book and monitor shipments with freight forwarders and carriers, tracking deliveries and proactively resolving delays or deviations.
  • Prepare and optimize load plans for trucks and containers, and coordinate loading schedules with warehouse personnel and carriers.
  • Maintain accurate transportation data in SAP and OneTMS, processing goods movements and keeping stakeholders updated on delivery status.
  • Coordinate closely with the warehouse team on shipment readiness, ensuring correct packaging, labeling, and transport documentation.
  • Support inventory transfers between locations and project sites, and help resolve shipment discrepancies and transport-related issues.

What You Bring

  • Several years of experience in transportation coordination, warehouse logistics, or freight operations; vocational training/apprenticeship in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Transportation is a plus but not required.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP.
  • Experience with OneTMS or a comparable Transport Management System.
  • Good understanding of load planning and transport optimization, with experience coordinating carriers and freight forwarders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (used as a lookup/monitoring tool — no advanced skills required).
  • Valid forklift driver's license/certificate.
  • A hands-on, self-driven mindset with strong organizational and planning skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Good communication skills, with solid English (written and spoken); Danish language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, service, or wind-energy environment is an advantage.

About the Team

You will join a 3-person outbound team based in our warehouse in Herning (relocating to Brande in December 2026), working alongside two warehouse colleagues who handle packing, forklift operation, and truck loading. The team is part of a larger warehouse organization of around 30 people. As Transport Coordinator, you'll be the link between the warehouse floor and the wider transport network — keeping goods moving out to internal project sites on schedule.
