为保障公司设施设备安全、稳定、高效运行，满足中班生产期间设施运维及EHS现场支持需求。
该岗位负责公用设施系统日常运行管理、巡检维护、故障响应及EHS支持工作，提升设施故障响应速度；降低生产中断风险；提高设施可靠性和设备可用率；支撑安全生产和业务连续性目标达成,以确保生产相关设施持续稳定运行，为生产运营和业务连续性提供保障。
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. 设施设备运行管理
•负责厂务设施设备日常巡检、运行监控及状态检查；
•负责暖通空调（HVAC）、压缩空气、电力系统、消防系统、给排水系统等公用设施的运行保障；
•及时发现并处理设施运行异常，确保设备稳定运行；
•完成设施运行数据记录及相关台账维护。
2. 设施维护与故障处理
•执行设施设备预防性维护（PM）工作；
•参与设施设备故障分析及维修工作；
•跟踪维修质量和设备恢复情况；
•配合设施改造、设备安装和验收工作；
•负责备品备件管理及维护物资申报。
3. EHS支持
•协助开展现场安全检查和隐患排查；
•监督承包商作业符合公司安全管理要求；
•协助实施LOTO（挂牌上锁）、作业许可等安全管理措施；
•支持事故调查、整改跟踪及应急演练活动；
•协助维护消防设施及应急物资。
4. 承包商管理
•协助外部供应商及承包商现场管理；
•监督维修、保养和工程作业过程安全执行情况；
•确保外部人员遵守公司安全及EHS要求；
•协调相关资源保障项目顺利实施。
5. 持续改进
•提出设施运行优化建议；
•参与节能降耗项目实施；
•参与设施可靠性提升及持续改进活动；
•支持公司EHS和Facility管理体系持续完善。
What You Bring
教育背景
•大专及以上学历；电气工程、机械工程、自动化、暖通、或相关专业优先。
工作经验
•2年以上工厂设施维护或设备维修相关工作经验；
•有制造业厂务设施管理经验者优先；
•有EHS相关经验者优先。
专业技能
•熟悉工业厂房设施设备运行原理；
•具备基础电气、机械维修能力；
•了解HVAC、压缩空气、消防系统或供配电系统者优先；
•熟悉MS Office办公软件；
•能够阅读设备图纸及技术文件。
综合能力
•具备较强安全意识和责任心；
•良好的问题分析和解决能力；
•良好的沟通协调能力；
•能够适应中班工作安排；
•具有团队合作精神和执行力。
