You will act as the key real estate partner for local management, overseeing property operations, facility services, maintenance, security, and EHS requirements while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Working closely with internal customers, you will optimize space utilization, operating costs, and workplace services, turning business needs into practical real estate solutions. From managing leases and vendor performance to supporting construction projects and sustainability initiatives, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, productive, and high-performing real estate portfolio.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead local property management activities, ensuring facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with EHS, security, maintenance, and statutory requirements.
- Partner with internal customers and local management to align space requirements, operating expenses, and workplace services while identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
- Manage lease agreements, including payments, contract interpretation, amendments, renewals, and negotiations within approved authority levels.
- Oversee facility management service providers and contractors, ensuring service quality, contract compliance, effective claim management, and adherence to procurement regulations.
- Drive real estate strategy execution by managing maintenance planning, investment applications, portfolio development, security programs, risk assessments, reporting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
- You have at least 8 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related industry.
- You bring a strong understanding of MEP systems, building operations, facility management practices, workplace standards, engineering systems, EHS regulations, and risk management principles.
- You have proven communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal customers, vendors, and service providers.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and can use these tools confidently in a business environment.
- You possess proficient English communication skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
