A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Executive Affairs Manager reporting directly to the KSA Managing Director, you will act as a critical enabler and strategic partner for the Saudi Arabia leadership team. Your agility and organizational mastery will be essential as you orchestrate executive workflows, drive cross-functional alignment, and oversee high-priority initiatives. You will ensure the Managing Director's vision is executed seamlessly, maximizing operational efficiency and supporting our strategic growth and energy transition goals within the Kingdom.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the KSA Managing Director, ensuring their time and focus are directed toward the highest-impact strategic priorities.
  • Drive the execution of local business strategies and Vision 2030 initiatives by translating the MD’s vision into actionable, meticulously tracked objectives across all departments.
  • Design and manage the cadence of executive meetings, leadership offsites, and strategic reviews, ensuring clear agendas, actionable takeaways, and rigorous follow-up.
  • Act as the connective tissue between various business units in Saudi Arabia, breaking down silos, resolving bottlenecks, and fostering seamless internal communication.
  • Lead and deliver special strategic projects, change management initiatives, and confidential tasks on behalf of the MD, from initial scoping to successful implementation.
  • Facilitate critical communications and relationships with internal global stakeholders, regional teams, and key external partners or government entities as delegated.
  • Synthesize complex data, market intelligence, and internal reports into concise briefings, presentations, and recommendations to accelerate and improve executive decision-making.

What You Bring

  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a strictly related field.
  • Proven track record in a Chief of Staff, Executive Management, Corporate Strategy, or senior Project Management role, preferably within a complex multinational organization or the energy/industrial sector.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously, navigate ambiguity, and maintain the absolute highest level of confidentiality.
  • Exceptional ability to craft high-impact slides and presentations tailored for board-level and C-suite engagements, distilling complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Mastery of Excel and advanced analytical tools to synthesize complex data, conduct rigorous operational modeling, and provide actionable, data-driven insights for executive decision-making.
  • Fluent English are strictly required for effective executive communication, drafting high-level documents, and engaging with local regulatory bodies.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and the proven ability to lead, negotiate, and influence without direct authority across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly analytical and proactive approach, capable of anticipating challenges before they arise and presenting well-structured, pragmatic solutions.
