Join our dynamic team as you take the lead in overseeing plant maintenance activities! You will plan, organize, and direct maintenance operations to ensure the safe and reliable functioning of our plant equipment and systems. Imagine coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance efforts that support our commitment to environmental compliance and operational excellence. You will engage with maintenance personnel and contractors, driving efficiency and compliance while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork. Your leadership will play a crucial role in enhancing plant availability and reliability, making a significant impact on our business objectives.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will direct maintenance personnel and contractors to ensure plant equipment is maintained safely and efficiently, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate equipment failures and incidents to enhance reliability and improve preventive maintenance effectiveness.
  • Prepare and maintain essential maintenance documentation, including procedures, job plans, and training materials to support effective execution.
  • Review maintenance performance metrics and assist in investigating forced outages and equipment reliability issues.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and provide recommendations to the Plant Manager regarding spending and long-term asset needs.

What You Bring

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant power plant maintenance experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Your thorough understanding of power plant maintenance practices includes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, along with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • You possess the ability to plan and coordinate maintenance programs that ensure safe work practices and timely resolution of equipment issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems is essential for your success in this role.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a technical degree or craft certification is preferred.
