Join us as a Technical Sales Manager in the Electrification, Automation, and Digitalization (EAD) business!
In this role, you will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives that not only maintain, but also grow key relationships with our industrial customers.
You will lead the end-to-end sales cycle for complex EAD solutions, ensuring that our proposals address customer needs and create real business value.
By identifying new business opportunities and developing growth in untapped markets, your expertise will be crucial in driving both business continuity and expansion across Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Generate new business opportunities with customers across industrial sectors, including Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power-to-X, Pulp & Paper and Data Centers, in alignment with the business strategy and generating project and service opportunities for Siemens Energy.
- Develop and implement medium- to long-term sales strategies for assigned territories and key accounts within the sector.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring business continuity while identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling EAD solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial customer contact and needs assessment through to proposal, negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer expectations and are commercially and technically viable.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in untapped markets, supporting strategic growth initiatives and expanding Siemens Energy's presence in the region.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in field sales or account management, preferably within industrial automation, electrification or process industries.
- Proven experience in the Oil & Gas, Chemicals and/or Process Industries sectors.
- Experience with MV/LV electrical distribution and control systems, including PLC and DCS. Knowledge of digitalization solutions, such as digital applications and cybersecurity solutions for industrial environments, is a plus.
- A proven track record of managing large projects and exceeding sales targets in a complex B2B environment.
- Strong capabilities in technical sales, customer relationship management and negotiation, with the ability to build long-term customer partnerships.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust, credibility and respect through communication, expertise and personal presence.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented and flexible approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English is mandatory (Czech and Polish would be an advantage)
