- Develop and execute negotiation strategies for complex supplier negotiations, driving cost optimization, cost recovery, risk mitigation, and improved commercial terms
- Lead critical supplier negotiations and provide strategic advice to Procurement leaders on objectives, trade-offs, escalation strategies, and outcomes
- Further develop the negotiation competence hub by establishing consistent negotiation standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Build negotiation capabilities across the organization through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing
- Translate negotiation outcomes and lessons learned into enhanced commodity, supplier, and procurement strategies
- Drive digital innovation and continuous improvement across the negotiation lifecycle, fostering a strong negotiation mindset and culture of excellence
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
- Extensive professional experience in strategic procurement and/or commercial negotiations, with a proven track record in complex, high-stakes environments
- Deep knowledge of negotiation principles and advanced methodologies, combined with strong commercial acumen and excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and advisory skills, with the ability to effectively challenge and engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong coaching and collaboration skills, with proven ability to build effective cross-functional and international networks and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for digitalization and innovation, with experience in digital procurement and negotiation tools; fluency in English, with additional languages as an advantage.
