- Overall responsibility for organizing, managing, and supervising all construction activities, as well as ensuring that subcontractors perform their services in accordance with the contract within the assigned area of responsibility
- Ensuring compliance with all HSE/EHS requirements, local regulations, and safety standards on the construction site in close collaboration with HSE management
- Responsibility for implementing technical and contractual specifications, as well as for the technical coordination and management of the construction site team
- Monitoring construction progress, managing schedules, and initiating corrective actions in the event of deviations or impending delays
- Continuously monitoring project budget costs, identifying opportunities and risks, and actively supporting claims and risk management
- Responsibility for as-built documentation, regular construction site reporting, and active participation in continuous improvement and optimization (CIP) processes
- A successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering
- Several years of experience in the turnkey/EPC business, ideally in large-scale plant construction (e.g., HVDC systems, power plants, or comparable infrastructure projects)
- Knowledge of—and ideally practical experience in—HSE management and/or as a safety and health coordinator, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to get things done
- Intercultural competence and experience in international project environments; willingness to travel worldwide and undertake long-term assignments at construction sites both domestically and abroad
- Enthusiasm for digital technologies, modern work methods, and actively shaping digitalization initiatives
- Business-level proficiency in German and English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
