- Responsibility for the assigned civil works scope, ensuring safe, high-quality, timely, and cost-efficient project execution while assuming legal responsibility on site
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, and consortium partners, fostering a strong team spirit and collaboration across all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and actively promote a Zero Harm culture throughout all construction activities
- Manage deviations, claims, risks, and corrective actions, escalating potential impacts on scope, budget, or schedule to site management as required
- Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, and reporting activities, ensuring accurate progress measurement and transparent communication
- Ensure technical changes, project documentation, and As-Built documentation are completed, maintained, and properly handed over to Engineering
- University degree in civil engineering or a related discipline
- First experience in the execution of complex industrial projects, particularly EPC and/or Consortium Partner (CP) projects
- Knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and EHS policies, regulations, and practices for complex construction projects
- Ideally experience in building and leading multinational teams in dynamic and fast-changing environments combined with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Advanced German and English language skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel worldwide (100%)
