How to contribute to our vision

This role is being created as a new addition to ensure business continuity and provide on-site construction management for new office and industrial build projects in Berlin (DE), as approved by executive leadership. The position is situated within the SE Real Estate's Project Management BSS PM1 team, directly supporting strategic growth initiatives. To successfully deliver these new facilities, the role will focus on three primary areas: hands-on project execution and site management, strategic project planning and risk mitigation, and comprehensive stakeholder communication and coordination. This structure ensures end-to-end control from initial planning through to final delivery, aligning with Siemens Energy's standards. Given the focus on complex office and industrial builds, the ideal candidate will possess specialized expertise in construction management, backed by an advanced degree in a relevant engineering or architectural field. Proven experience in managing large projects, strong stakeholder communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success.
