About the Role
- Manage full-cycle quality data of global gas turbine component suppliers, covering incoming inspection, factory testing, defect records, corrective action closure, supplier audit, performance evaluation and compliance documents. Establish unified data standards, specifications and data dictionaries, conduct standardized data cleaning, verification and archiving to ensure the integrity, accuracy and consistency of global supply chain quality data
- Build supplier quality KPI analysis models to regularly analyze key indicators including defect rate, non-conformity closure rate, quality recurrence rate and delivery quality compliance rate. Conduct trend analysis and root cause review for quality anomalies of core components such as gas turbine hot-section parts and electronic control systems. Identify potential batch quality risks, deliver professional analysis reports and optimization solutions, and build a proactive quality early warning mechanism
- Undertake the operation, maintenance and functional iteration of core systems including SAP/QM and supplier quality management platforms. Sort out business pain points of gas power supply chain quality control, coordinate with IT teams to complete system configuration and functional upgrading. Break cross-system data silos, eliminate data redundancy and discontinuity, and optimize automatic reports and intelligent data dashboard functions to improve digital management efficiency
- Identify deficiencies in existing supply chain quality management through data analysis, optimize core processes including supplier admission, in-process quality control, anomaly handling and annual performance review. Promote standardized and digital process implementation, and build a global adaptable quality data management system in line with ISO 9001 and power generation industry compliance requirements
- Cooperate with R&D, manufacturing, procurement and IT teams to launch quality digital optimization projects. Unify digital management standards for domestic and overseas suppliers, collect feedback for continuous process and system iteration, and steadily improve the overall quality management capability of global supply chains
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Statistics or related majors
- Longterm professional working experience in supply chain quality data governance, data analysis and quality system optimization in manufacturing industry. Candidates with gas turbine, large power generation equipment, high-end precision manufacturing or multinational supply chain quality management experience are highly preferred
- Proficient in quality data processing and analysis, skilled in advanced Excel, SQL and Python; capable of independent data modeling, visual analysis, automatic report and dashboard development; Familiar with the operation and iteration of SAP/QM and supplier quality management systems, with practical experience in system optimization and digital process implementation
- Familiar with core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC) and proficient in supplier performance management and quality closed-loop control
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, capable of cross-border supplier communication and English technical document processing
- Familiar with ISO 9001 quality system and industry compliance standards for power generation equipment
