Fleet Operations Coordinator, UK & Ireland
A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Fleet Operations Coordinator for UK & Ireland, you will play a key role in supporting the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of a fleet of more than 250 service vans and 4x4 vehicles used across our renewable energy operations. Working closely with technicians, supervisors, service managers, logistics teams, Health & Safety, vehicle providers, and external suppliers, you will ensure our fleet remains available, fit for purpose, and cost-effective.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Coordinate the day-to-day management of a fleet of over 250 operational vehicles.
- Coordinate accidents, damage, repair and insurance activities.
- Promote safe driving initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Analyze fleet data and provide operational insights.
- Support sustainable fleet planning and EV transition.
- Monitor fleet costs, reporting and supplier performance.
- Experience in fleet management, transport coordination, and fleet administration
- Experience supporting or coordinating a varied operational vehicle fleet
- Experience working with suppliers and resolving, service repair and cost related queries
- The ability to handle accident, damage, fine, driver and cost information confidentially
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capability.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Full UK driving license.
