- Establishment and continuous enhancement of a company-wide project management framework, standards, and governance
- Embedding of value creation, benefits realization, and strategic business alignment across the project portfolio
- Ensuring end-to-end portfolio transparency, performance oversight, and effective strategic steering
- Implementation of structured project quality assurance, health checks, risk identification, and corrective action management
- Advisory, coaching, and enablement of project leaders, business stakeholders, and senior management
- Strengthening of project management capabilities through decision support, best-practice sharing, and community building
- Significant experience in project, portfolio, or transformation management within digital, technology, or business transformation environments
- Proven track record in establishing and improving project management practices, governance models, and PMO capabilities
- Strong expertise in project governance, portfolio management, risk management, and benefits realization
- Experience in complex, international, and cross-functional organizational environments
- Strong communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach to translating strategic objectives into effective project structures, with experience in digital transformation, data, automation, AI, or technology-enabled business change
