Join our dynamic Order Management team in Budapest, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the innovative ‘Orion project’! Imagine translating customer and project demands into actionable production plans for our blades and vanes manufacturing unit. You will lead the charge in detailed production order planning and execution, ensuring that all necessary materials and resources are ready for action. By maintaining the integrity of our ERP system, you will create a seamless connection between planning and shop-floor execution, directly contributing to on-time delivery and operational efficiency. How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will create, manage, and release production orders in the ERP system (SAP) based on the master production schedule and project requirements.
- You will develop and maintain detailed production schedules, prioritizing manufacturing orders to meet project deadlines and resource capacity.
- You will monitor the progress of active production orders, identifying potential delays or bottlenecks, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
- You will verify the availability of all required raw materials, components, and tooling before the scheduled start of production.
- You will maintain the accuracy of critical master data in the ERP system, including Bill of Materials (BOMs), production routings, and work center information.
What You Bring
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial), Logistics, or a related technical field.
- You have 2-5 years of professional experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing preparation within an industrial environment.
- You are fluent in Hungarian and possess working proficiency in English for effective communication with local and international teams.
- You have strong technical skills in production planning and scheduling, ERP systems (SAP PP/MM)
- You demonstrate excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills, along with a knack for data analysis and problem-solving.
