- Portfolio management and end-to-end coordination of digital procurement projects
- Standardization and harmonization of project management frameworks, tools, methods, governance, and workflows
- Project planning, controlling, status monitoring, risk assessment, reporting, and performance analysis
- Development and implementation of innovative project management and rollout approaches
- Stakeholder alignment, transformation workshops, change management, and cross-functional collaboration
- KPI-based value management, process optimization, and continuous improvement of decision-making and governance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field with a focus on digital transformation
- Proven experience in procurement project and change management
- Experience in organizational, process, and project structure design
- Extensive experience with modern project management tools, standards, and methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in global, cross-functional environments
- Expertise in KPI-driven workflows, value management, transformation, and strategic process development
