A Snapshot of your day

Your day involves leading and executing turbine module disassembly and assembly activities on-site, coordinating work packages, assigning tasks to technicians, and ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and in line with quality and EHS standards. You will perform critical measurement and inspection tasks, interpret engineering drawings, mentor junior team members, and document job results according to established guidelines and procedures.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide technical support for maintenance activities, troubleshooting plant equipment and systems to ensure safe and reliable operations.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Maintenance Management System.
  • Develop and maintain equipment monitoring, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance programs to improve asset reliability.
  • Support EHS initiatives through participation in safety meetings, plant inspections, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Investigate equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime.

What You Bring

  • Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with gas turbines, rotating equipment, or power generation assets.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve plant equipment and system issues effectively.
  • Good understanding of safety, environmental regulations, and compliance requirements within an industrial or power plant environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to support plant outages and maintenance activities while maintaining attention to detail.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
