Join our team as a Junior EHS Expert, where you will play a vital role in promoting safety and environmental protection within our organization. Imagine being at the forefront of implementing EHS standards and procedures, conducting engaging training sessions, and supporting incident investigations and workplace inspections. You will be responsible for maintaining EHS documentation and records, while also collecting and tracking performance data and KPIs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Your strong communication and analytical skills will empower you to present findings effectively and adapt to the dynamic needs of our team, all while fostering a culture of safety and learning.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the implementation of EHS standards and procedures to enhance workplace safety and environmental protection.
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on EHS practices and protocols.
- Assist in incident investigations, workplace inspections, and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate EHS documentation, records, and reporting to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collect and analyze EHS performance data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
- A university degree (BSc) or currently ongoing studies in a relevant field.
- EHS qualification is required, with a secondary level being sufficient; a higher-level qualification is an advantage
- Optional further professional training in safety, environmental protection, or auditing is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Hungarian and English to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
