You will lead the development of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and quality control documentation for dry-type transformers while helping production teams deliver high-quality results. How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will develop and maintain production process documents, work instructions, and quality control standards for dry-type transformer manufacturing.
- You will independently analyze and resolve process-related issues to ensure stable operations, high product quality, and efficient production.
- You will define equipment, tooling, and fixture requirements, create related drawings, and optimize manufacturing solutions using CAD, UG, and other engineering tools.
- You will drive continuous improvements in manufacturing processes and workflows to enhance quality, boost efficiency, and reduce production costs.
- You will collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams, provide technical guidance to operators, and support urgent manufacturing challenges as needed.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. A master’s degree is an advantage.
- You bring more than 5 years of experience in transformer manufacturing and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments.
- You have knowledge of mechanical and generator-related projects and can apply that expertise to support manufacturing excellence.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office, CAD, UG, and other engineering software used for process development and tooling design.
- You have strong English communication skills and can collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions and disciplines.
