Working as Project Manager in Japan to support major outage with great global teammates.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Responsible to provide project management to Large size of Gas Turbine or MGT-800 (60MW rated gas turbine) or SGT-100, 200 & 400 (5-13MW rated gas turbine) for planned and unplanned outage in both Japan.
• Co-work with local and global project & site team to trouble shoot and execute planned & unplanned outages.
• Provide site management at the site if it requires.
• Create and submit a technical report at the end of every assigned work.
• Responsible to be interface between the customer and Siemens Energy.
What You Bring
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
• Proficiency in written and oral English
• Native speaker in written and oral Japanese
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Power generation project management for Gas Turbine, Steam Turbines, Boilers, Compressor, pumps, heat exchangers, construction.
• Capable of working in a multinational and multicultural team.
• Capable of working in Japan and overseas with using English.
• Capable of learning Technical subject in Japan and overseas with using English.
Nice to have
• Experience in guiding other team members to complete tasks at the site.
• Setting high standards and monitoring progress towards goals; tenaciously working to meet or exceed goals; defining success by goal achievement and continuous improvement.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
