A Snapshot of Your Day

As OKR Implementation & Strategy Manager, you will strengthen the link between strategy and execution across Grid Technologies. You will lead the continued development, scaling and anchoring of the OKR framework while also driving strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, portfolio topics and business-critical priorities from analysis through implementation.

You work at the intersection of strategy, execution and change management. In close collaboration with GT management, team leaders, OKR Champions, OKR Coaches, Digital Core and our OKR tool partner Workpath, you ensure that OKRs are not just defined – but effectively lived and used to steer outcomes.

Your role combines conceptual ownership of the framework with hands‑on enablement, stakeholder management and operational excellence. You will equally lead strategic projects and have high visibility across the organization, directly influence how strategy is translated into execution.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead high-value strategic initiatives and identify growth opportunities, portfolio moves, and business-critical themes, translating them into executable plans with business leaders. 2
  • Support special strategic initiatives and one-off projects requiring fast problem solving and senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and lead workstreams within complex projects, building a strong internal network across Grid Technologies and the wider Siemens Energy organization.
  • Own and continuously evolve the OKR framework for Grid Technologies in close collaboration with key stakeholders and Workpath, ensuring clarity, consistency, strong governance and effective ways of working.
  • Collaborate with all Execution Units to ensure that the individual prioritization / Key Results are in line with Grid Technologies overarching strategy
  • Build, nurture and develop a strong OKR Community (OKR Champions and OKR Coaches), including enablement formats, best-practice sharing and structured learning journeys
  • Anchor OKRs in existing management, steering and planning processes, coordinating with Digital Core and relevant functions to enable seamless process and system integration.
  • Shaping and execution of change management activities to support a shift in leadership behavior from steering and control towards a collaborative, outcome-oriented and enabling leadership style
  • Coach leaders and teams in setting, refining and executing effective OKRs, including making conscious trade-offs and stopping activities that are not aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Acting as first point of contact for OKR-related questions, ownership of OKR tool operations (Workpath) including user onboarding, access concepts, governance and quality standards, as well as structuring feedback, adoption data and insights into clear management recommendations

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree and ~10 years of professional experience in Strategy, with a strong track record in strategic initiatives, change management, and end-to-end project management
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy development and/or corporate strategy roles, with strong ability to translate strategic priorities into execution and operational reality
  • Practical experience with OKRs or comparable outcome-oriented frameworks; strong belief in their value; experience in coaching, facilitating or enabling leaders and teams (preferred)
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and organizational layers, mobilizing resources and driving alignment in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and build compelling, data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, Fleunt in English.
  • High performance orientation—you consistently meet or exceed objectives and thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Solution-driven mindset with a willingness to “go the extra mile” and deliver results with ownership and autonomy.
  • Affinity for digital tools; experience with OKR software (e.g. Workpath preferred)
