Siemens Energy is looking for a Senior Fleet & Procurement Specialist to lead fleet category strategy and end-to-end fleet operations across Brazil and Latin America. The role combines strategic procurement, supplier governance, operational control, financial discipline, user support and continuous improvement for leased, short-term rental and owned fleets.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Define and execute the Fleet Category Strategy for Brazil and LATAM, aligning with the Global Commodity Manager while identifying regional synergies, standardization, and savings opportunities.
- Lead market intelligence, RFx processes, commercial negotiations, and supplier relationship management for leasing, rental, fleet management, fuel, maintenance, insurance, telematics, and mobility providers.
- Own end-to-end fleet operations, including vehicle onboarding, allocation, maintenance, breakdowns, roadside assistance, accidents, and fuel management, ensuring clear SLAs and controls.
- Coordinate driver and user support, manage policy adherence, and interface with HR, HSE, and Finance while monitoring driver risk and fleet safety through telematics and training indicators.
- Plan and control fleet budget, TCO, cost per kilometer, and operational performance, identifying opportunities for right-sizing and vehicle reallocation while overseeing invoice reconciliation and audit requirements.
- Drive system and data integration across fleet platforms and providers, maintain reliable fleet master data and management reports, and review fleet policies while developing sustainability initiatives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, with solid experience in Strategic Procurement, Category Management, or Strategic Sourcing.
- Proven responsibility for complex negotiations and supplier performance, along with hands-on experience in corporate fleet management and fleet category strategy.
- Knowledge of leasing and rental models, TCO, fleet lifecycle, maintenance, fuel management, fines, claims, telematics, and fleet policies.
- Experience with budgets, invoice reconciliation, purchasing and payment workflows, KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making in a regional or multinational environment.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced or fluent English and Spanish, with native or fluent Portuguese proficiency.
