  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical faults to minimize equipment downtime and maintain plant reliability.
  • Conduct equipment inspections and electrical wiring checks to ensure operational integrity and compliance with applicable safety standards.
  • Use appropriate hand tools, power tools, testing instruments, and diagnostic equipment to complete maintenance activities.
  • Plan, organize, and implement departmental preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with established safety procedures, technical requirements, and quality standards.

What You Bring

  • Professional Electrical Engineer with an active license from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission, PRC. This is a mandatory requirement.
  • Advanced technical knowledge and at least five years of electrical maintenance experience within a power generation facility or heavy industrial environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, motors, generators, and electrical equipment used in power stations.
  • Strong knowledge of switching circuits, protection relays, switchgear systems, high-voltage switchyards, generator protection circuits, and gas-insulated circuit breakers.
  • Proven experience in preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, equipment inspection, fault diagnosis, and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Experience planning, organizing, and implementing departmental maintenance activities.
  • Experience leading a team of more than five members, including training, delegating work, and reviewing technical output.
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and safe maintenance practices.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and resolve complex, non-routine technical issues.
  • Strong record-keeping, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
