A Snapshot of Your Day
As Central Outage Planning – Team Leader, you'll lead and standardize outage planning for Central fleet projects across Asia Pacific — building a consistent planning framework, strengthening cost tracking, and driving execution readiness. Your forecasting will directly shape workforce and business planning decisions across the region.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead planning activities for all Central fleet outages across AP, ensuring plans meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements
- Establish and maintain standardized planning methodologies, templates, and governance
- Develop short-, medium-, and long-term workload forecasts, and partner with Resource Management on workforce capacity and skill availability
- Monitor planning KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions to reduce planning-related NCCs and execution risks
- Act as the central point of contact for Central fleet planning, collaborating with PM, Sales, FST Country Teams, Product Lines, and Customers
- Drive adoption of planning tools, Power BI dashboards, AI-enabled forecasting, and digital workflows, leading continuous improvement in planning productivity
What You Bring
- 5+ years' experience in field service, outage planning, project management, or operations
- Strong background in power generation outages or industrial service execution
- Advanced planning, scheduling, and forecasting capabilities
- Experience leading regional teams in a matrix environment
- A strong analytical and digitalization mindset
- A track record of driving harmonization, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across countries and product lines

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
