A Snapshot of Your Day

As Resource Management – Team Lead, you'll lead workforce and resource management across AP Field Service operations — maximizing utilization, optimizing resource allocation, and sharpening forecasting accuracy. You'll play a key role in reducing external resource dependency and enabling effective workforce planning across the region.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop workforce strategies aligned with outage demand forecasts, and maintain regional capacity planning and availability models
  • Manage allocation of Field Service resources across AP, optimizing utilization and cross-border deployment while reducing reliance on external resources
  • Ensure visibility of certifications, competencies, and critical skills, and partner with functional leaders to address competency gaps
  • Support hiring, succession planning, and long-term capability development pathways
  • Monitor resource utilization and productivity performance, developing workforce dashboards and data-driven recommendations for leadership
  • Lead digital workforce planning initiatives, supporting adoption of resource planning tools, automation, and AI-driven forecasting

What You Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in workforce planning, resource management, operations, or field service leadership
  • Good understanding of workforce analytics and forecasting
  • Experience with scheduling, capacity planning, and utilization management
  • Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, or planning systems experience desirable
  • Leadership experience within a matrix organization
  • An interest in promoting transparency, fairness, and a data-driven planning culture

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
