About the Role
A Snapshot of your day
Your day involves performing highly specialized field service activities on gas turbines, including maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and technical problem resolution at customer sites. You proactively identify and address complex operational and equipment issues, applying advanced technical expertise to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient turbine performance.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform maintenance, inspections, repairs, overhauls, and modifications on large gas and steam turbines and associated equipment at customer sites across KSA and international locations.
- Coordinate closely with FS Shift Leads and FS Engineers to ensure all activities comply with Siemens Energy quality standards, EHS requirements, and project documentation.
- Interpret mechanical drawings, technical schematics, OEM specifications, and work instructions to execute complex field service tasks accurately.
- Supervise subcontractors and maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and quality throughout maintenance and outage activities.
- Lead and participate in safety programs, including PPE compliance, risk assessments, pre-job safety briefings, and fostering a strong safety culture in high-risk work environments.
What You Bring
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with hands-on experience working on Advanced Frame Gas Turbines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, vernier calipers, dial indicators, feeler gauges, and torque wrenches.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, technical instructions, and OEM documentation while adhering to Foreign Material Exclusion (FME) principles.
- Certified or trained in Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights, with a strong commitment to safety standards and procedures.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80%, 200-250 days annually) and work demanding international assignment schedules, with strong English communication skills.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
