A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our factory digitalization journey and turn business needs into practical technology solutions. You will shape the digital roadmap, deliver applications, connect systems, and use manufacturing data to identify operational improvements. Working across IT and OT environments, you will help keep critical platforms secure, reliable, and available. You will also enable colleagues to use digital and AI tools, supporting transparent processes, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement across the factory.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You plan, implement, and continuously improve the factory digitalization blueprint and roadmap, strengthening end-to-end value-stream transparency and smart manufacturing capabilities.
  • You manage externally delivered projects such as MES, SAP S/4HANA, and Teamcenter, while independently designing and developing internal digital applications and enabling system integration through APIs and interface technologies.
  • You acquire, cleanse, transform, model, analyze, and visualize data from SAP, MES, CAQ, IoT, Word, and Excel to identify production bottlenecks and improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.
  • You support factory IT/OT infrastructure and critical systems, including servers, virtualization platforms, databases, storage, networks, endpoints, SAP, MES, WMS, and IoT platforms, while leading incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
  • You support network and cybersecurity activities and build digital capabilities through training and improvement initiatives involving Power Platform, APA, Mendix, Jiandaoyun, IoT, Snowflake, UiPath, Python, and AI-related technologies.

What You Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Automation, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • You have strong software-development capabilities and solid Java proficiency. Experience with Python, PHP, C++, or other programming languages is acceptable, with strong Java expertise highly preferred.
  • You understand common IT environments, networking, and cybersecurity, including Windows Server, Linux, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, virtualization, TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, firewalls, VPN, access control, patching, vulnerability remediation, and data security.
  • You are familiar with manufacturing IT/OT environments and concepts such as industrial networks, shop-floor equipment, MES, SCADA, IoT Gateway, and edge computing. Hands-on Mendix development experience, particularly independent development of medium-to-large applications, is prioritized.
  • You understand SAP ERP table structures and business-data logic; experience with FICO, PP, MM, or QM is highly desirable. You communicate effectively in written and spoken English and can work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.
