A Snapshot of Your Day
For our office in Vejle, Denmark, we are looking for a Student Assistant to support and coordinate Offshore Sales projects within Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy’s Offshore division. This part-time role is essential for maintaining operational momentum as you will be part of the professional and dedicated Cost Management team. You will assist in optimizing our Sales Calculation Governance process, working on multiple exciting tasks that make a difference in a large international company.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Cost Management Support & Assistance
- Actively support Offshore Sales Calculations, by performing a comprehensive calculation review of Basic Key Assumptions, hence acting as a bridge between respective key stakeholders.
- Take responsibility within the sales calculation tool for the Business Unit Offshore.
- Actively support the improvement of existing instructions and checklists by bridging project teams and Sales Calculation Governance.
- Proactively update the content of the sales calculation tool and assist in software development and implementation of new deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to calculation activities, guidelines, and the general SGRE calculation logic.
- Assist in tracking project-related data and updating status lists or spreadsheets.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled as a Bachelor or Master’s student in Finance & International Business (FIB), Information Systems, or a similar field of study.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Macro, and VBA programming.
- Good communication and moderation skills, with proficiency in both Danish and English.
- Ability to thrive under deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A welcoming and flexible personality, with a positive attitude and motivation for a busy work environment.
- Talent for organization, initiative, and independence.
