How You’ll Make an Impact
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical systems.
- Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and optimize maintenance programs.
- Lead root cause analysis for complex mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
- Manage small-to-medium scale maintenance projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate repair work and minimize production impact.
- Provide technical coaching and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5-8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within power generation or heavy industrial environments.
- Proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- A background in water treatment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical problems.
- Ability to lead projects and mentor team members effectively.
