Join us as a Working Student in the Siemens Energy Gas Services Talent Acquisition team in Hungary, where you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts. Imagine being the backbone of our hiring processes, ensuring smooth coordination between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. You will focus on interview scheduling, administrative recruitment support, and maintaining our candidate database, all while contributing to a high-quality candidate experience. Collaborating with colleagues across various time zones, your organizational skills and attention to detail will help facilitate efficient hiring processes and enhance our employer brand on university campuses.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across various time zones, ensuring seamless communication and logistics.
- Manage calendar invitations and provide candidates with logistical details, preparation materials, and confirmations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain and update internal recruitment trackers and candidate databases with high accuracy, supporting a positive candidate journey.
- Assist recruiters in posting job advertisements on various platforms, including internal and external job boards and university networks.
- Represent Siemens Energy at local university job fairs and student recruitment events, helping to strengthen our employer brand and engage with potential candidates.
What You Bring
- A university or college degree in Hungary, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Ability to work full-time or for a min, 30 hours per week with 3 days per week office presence.
- Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, or an HR internship is beneficial but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hungarian, and intermediate German.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a collaborative mindset.
- High attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
