A Snapshot of Your Day

Every single day, as a Site Coordinator at Siemens Energy, you'll handle various tasks to keep our construction site in Poland running efficiently. You will contribute to the safe execution of projects on site on behalf of Site Management. Site Coordinator is primarily responsible for the daily planning and execution within individual area and functions of the construction site, as advised by the Site Manager. You will be a key interface to all Site Team members, visitors, clients and back office and always take care of maintain good relationships.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Gather and verify information from various sources, crafting detailed reports for internal and external collaborators.
  • Coordinate transportation and lodging for on-site staff, guaranteeing seamless crew rotations and precise transportation schedules.
  • Serve as the first point of contact on site, running visitor logs, phone calls, and reception duties.
  • Coordinate and document meetings, distributing and filing minutes to maintain clear communication and project tracking.
  • Support Environment, Health & Safety initiatives by participating in toolbox talks and safety campaigns.
  • Track office supplies and handle orders, maintaining efficient stock levels.
  • Assist and train colleagues when vital.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in business administration or a relevant field, ideally within the Offshore Wind Industry.
  • Outstanding communication skills, adept at working in multicultural environments.
  • Proficiency in English and advanced IT skills, including MS Outlook and Office 365.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to manage schedules and maintain quality standards.
  • Familiarity with SAP (as an advantage) and a keen curiosity about construction projects and the wind turbine industry.
  • The role requires frequent business trips related to the project on a two-week rotation basis (in the initial phase of employment).
