Join us as a Senior Strategic Finance Business Partner for Omnivise Products & Solutions (OPR & OSO), where you will be a trusted advisor to leaders across Product Management, Solution Management, Software Development, and related business functions. Imagine supporting strategic investment decisions for innovative digital products, reviewing business cases, and identifying opportunities to maximize value from innovation spending.

You will drive product portfolio decisions through commercial analysis and business case management, acting as the commercial partner to portfolio management by providing financial and strategic insights. Your role will support investment decisions and maximize value creation while participating in forecast and budget activities. Collaborating with colleagues across Europe, North America, and beyond, your work will ensure that innovation investments create sustainable business value. As part of a dynamic finance community, you will contribute to continuous improvement, digitalization, and simplification initiatives while deepening your understanding of Siemens Energy’s Controls and Digitalization business.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Act as a trusted finance partner to our Portfolio Management, Product & Solution Management, and Development organization, supporting management in financial and strategic decision-making.
• Support the evaluation of R&D investments and help achieve optimal value for product and solution development activities. Prepare financial business plans and return on investment calculations for strategic product portfolio decisions.
• Lead and coordinate forecasting for related spending, support budgeting, reporting, and performance management activities while providing financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Provide commercial guidance across the lifecycle of products and solutions, from early-stage innovation through development, maintenance, and portfolio management.
• Collaborate closely with technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders across international organizations to align financial and business objectives.
• Drive simplification, automation, and continuous improvement of finance processes, reporting tools, and controlling practices while ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Approximately 8 to 10 years of professional experience in Product Management, Commercial Management, Business Development, Finance, Controlling, Business Partnering, or a comparable role.
• Expertise in business strategy and portfolio management, including business case development, financial modeling, investment evaluation, product lifecycle and portfolio management, and profitability analysis to support value realization, informed decision-making, and sustainable business growth.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance controlling, with experience developing and managing business cases and investment evaluations.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to transform financial data into actionable business insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures, particularly in cross-functional product development or technology-focused environments.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
