A Snapshot of your day
Your day involves maintaining and troubleshooting critical Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems to ensure the power plant operates safely, reliably, and at maximum availability. You will plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, manage control systems such as Siemens SPPA-T3000 and CMMS platforms, and ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems to ensure reliable plant operation and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, test, and commission I&C equipment while accurately managing maintenance activities through the SPPA-M3000 CMMS platform.
- Administer and maintain Distributed Control Systems (DCS), including Siemens SPPA-T2000 and SPPA-T3000, while supporting maintenance planning and outage preparation.
- Provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and support functions to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, quality, and environmental standards, promoting equipment reliability and adherence to regulatory requirements.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance or service engineering experience in an industrial environment, preferably within power generation plants.
- Hands-on experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), particularly Siemens SPPA-T2000/T3000, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Strong technical expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, repair, reliability engineering, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and quality assurance skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
