A Snapshot of Your Day
Start your day at the heart of manufacturing operations, where your planning decisions keep production running smoothly and customers satisfied. You will create and optimize production plans based on customer demand, material availability, and production capacity while working closely with Production, Project Management, Warehouse, Engineering, and Quality teams. By balancing capacity, monitoring material readiness, and responding quickly to disruptions, you will help ensure on-time delivery and operational excellence. Your insights from data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives will support smarter planning, greater efficiency, and long-term business growth.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Create and adjust production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, material availability, and production capacity.
- Monitor production schedules, output, and material readiness, minimizing shortages and excess inventory.
- Balance production capacity and project demand, optimizing manpower, equipment, materials, and workflows.
- Manage production orders in SAP, including order release, adjustment, and closure activities.
- Collaborate with Production, PM, Order Processing, Warehouse, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure smooth execution and rapid issue resolution.
- Analyze production performance, material shortages, and capacity trends, providing reports and insights to support decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and digitalization, improving planning efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
- Support quality issue resolution and maintain a strong quality-first mindset across planning activities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in a PMC environment, including at least 2 years in production planning and/or material management.
- Strong experience with SAP ERP (SD, PP, MM modules) and production planning processes, including supply planning, scheduling, forecasting, execution monitoring, and capacity analysis.
- Hands-on experience with MES, LES, PES, APS, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel, VBA, Access, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and RDA/RPA tools.
- Proven skills in project management, lean/agile supply chain practices, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, with experience working in multicultural or international environments.
