Providing dedicated commercial resources to manage complex sales projects, not only for the Brno location, but also providing support across the MENA, EU West, and ASP regions.

Focusing on three core areas: leading the development of competitive bids and proposals, managing the negotiation and finalization of high-value contracts, and providing ongoing commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement pre-sales commercial strategies for industrial steam turbine projects.
  • Lead the creation of complex, high-value bids and proposals, coordinating with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Analyze customer tender requirements to structure competitive commercial offers, including pricing and terms.
  • Ensure all proposals are consistent with business objectives, risk policies, and quality standards.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with external customers to secure favorable contract terms.
  • Manage contract amendments and renegotiations to accommodate scope changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of all contractual obligations by all parties involved.
  • Serve as the commercial expert for interpreting and executing contract terms.
  • Provide commercial support and consulting for sales projects across multiple regions, including MENA, EU West, and ASP.
  • Act as the commercial liaison between customers, sales teams, and project management.
  • Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals on commercial tasks and processes.
  • Maintain and manage all commercial documentation, including service reports and sales records using CRM and SAP systems.

What You Bring

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Significant professional experience (typically 8+ years) in commercial management, contract management, or bid/proposal management, preferably within the industrial equipment, energy, or engineering sector.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex projects or commercial processes with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Expertise in commercial and contractual management, including negotiation, pricing strategies, value proposition development, business development, ethical business practices, and subcontracting management to drive commercial success, foster sustainable customer relationships, and ensure effective contract execution.
  • Strong analytical and process management skills, including analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem‑solving, program and workflow management, and continuous improvement practices
  • Effective technical and communication skills, including technical writing, sales reporting, SAP applications, and customer relationship management to support clear communication, data‑driven decision‑making, efficient business operations, and strong customer engagement.
  • Relevant professional certifications, including Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials, demonstrating recognized expertise in proposal development, project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and the successful delivery of complex business initiatives.
