A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our Onshore Wind operations across the UK & Ireland by ensuring spare parts and materials are available where and when they're needed. You'll manage inventory within the warehouse, coordinate shipments between suppliers and operational sites, maintain accurate records in SAP, and work closely with site teams to support maintenance activities and project schedules. Your focus on inventory accuracy, process compliance, and efficient logistics will help keep our wind turbines operating at peak performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Manage the storage, receipt, issuance, and return of spare parts, consumables, and materials within the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts, stock audits, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Ensure spare parts are stored safely, correctly identified, and readily accessible to support operational requirements.
  • Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Coordinate the shipment and receipt of spare parts and materials between suppliers, warehouses, and operational sites.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and ensure all logistics activities comply with company processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Track shipments and proactively communicate delivery updates to support maintenance schedules and site operations.
  • Liaise with freight providers and logistics partners to arrange efficient transportation solutions.
  • Process inventory transactions including goods receipt, goods issue, and stock transfers using SAP and warehouse management systems.
  • Generate inventory and logistics reports, providing insights to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • Warehouse & Inventory Experience: Extensive experience managing spare parts inventory, warehouse operations, and materials coordination.
  • Systems Knowledge: Proficiency using SAP and warehouse management systems to maintain inventory accuracy and process transactions.
  • Supply Chain & Logistics: Experience coordinating shipments, receiving goods, and working with logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Inventory Control: Demonstrated ability to conduct stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Operational Excellence: Strong focus on process compliance, quality control, and continuous improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Effective troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
  • Independent Working Style: Proven ability to work with limited supervision and successfully manage competing priorities.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach when working with operational teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Education: Vocational or technical qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
