- Identify, analyze, and document existing finance processes (e.g., Performance & Operational Controlling, Corporate Performance Management (CPM), and Sales) with a focus on efficiency, automation, and digitalization opportunities
- Structure and analyze end-to-end processes, identifying bottlenecks, process breaks, and manual activities
- Develop standardized, scalable concepts to optimize and digitize processes across multiple business units
- Translate business requirements into clearly defined use cases and collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and AI specialists during implementation
- Prepare and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to capture and improve processes, support the implementation of new digital solutions, and drive change management initiatives
- Ensure transparency, data quality, and operational efficiency across finance processes
- A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, (Business) Information Systems, or a comparable field
- Longstanding professional experience in Finance, Process Analysis, Process Design, or Transformation, with a solid understanding of finance processes such as Controlling, Reporting, Financial Closing, and Project Finance
- Experience in process analysis and documentation (e.g., BPMN, Process Mapping, and Value Stream Mapping) as well as in digitalization, automation, or data-driven solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex topics, translate them into clear business requirements, and identify optimization opportunities
- A proactive mindset, a structured way of working, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to bridge business and technical teams
- Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
