- Advise business stakeholders on standard SAP S/4HANA processes and fit-to-standard solutions
- Analyze, challenge, and document business requirements across end-to-end finance processes
- Identify template gaps and drive continuous improvements aligned with the global rollout strategy
- Support PMO activities during ongoing S/4HANA rollout projects and business transitions
- Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure integrated end-to-end processes
- Translate business needs into SAP system logic and enable standardized, scalable solutions
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Significant expertise in SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) within global rollout environments
- Strong understanding of COGS flows, variance analysis, transfer pricing, and intercompany processes
- Experience with project-based manufacturing, engineering-driven businesses, and Group Reporting structures
- Proven ability to challenge business requirements and drive standardization across cross-functional teams
- Business fluent English; German is a plus
