About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
Siemens Energy (SE) Digital Process Transformation (DPT) has an exciting opportunity to join the S4E Unify transformation programme as S4E Roll-Out Hub Partner – North America. S4E is replacing legacy SAP systems with a unified S/4HANA platform, moving from a fragmented landscape to a global process standards and industrialised roll-out approach. The Rollout partner will provide integrated programme management, governance, localisation coordination and change support across Business Areas, Corporate / Global Functions, IT, factories and external partners.
The successful candidate will act as a senior business–IT bridge for the North America S4E Roll-Out, supporting the Hub Management and coordinating with key stakeholders including Business Area roll-out leads, wave leads, S4E factories and central programme governance. You will help ensure North America roll-outs are executed in line with the global S4E Unify methodology, factory model, quality gates and governance, while addressing local legal, statutory, tax, regulatory, data privacy, cyber security and business requirements. You will be responsible for the following:

- Execution of NA Hub activities according to the overall rollout Plan, the defined methodologies to ensure consistent standards across all regions
- Run Hub-level governance: cadence, status, risk/issue/decision logs; ensure transparent reporting to S4E Rollout management, PMO and Business Area Rollout Management.
- Corporate and Global function task coordination and facilitation of alignment for Finance, HR, Logistics and RE topics (other functions as needed)
- Support quality gate and audit coordination at Hub level; prepare evidence, support audits, and drive timely closure of findings.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing: consolidate lessons learned, reusable assets, and best practices for subsequent waves and hubs.
- Coordinate localization requirements (legal, tax, data residency) with design authority and template owners; manage deviations per governance.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10 years of experience in leading IT, SAP, ERP, transformation or large-scale business change topics.
