A Snapshot of Your Day

As an MRP / Order Management Professional within the Additive Manufacturing organization in Orlando, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely flow of materials and services required to support production demands. Your day will involve analyzing MRP and ERP data, managing procurement activities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to address material availability and scheduling challenges. You will work closely with suppliers, production, engineering, and logistics teams to maintain operational continuity while driving process improvements across planning and procurement functions.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Analyze MRP and ERP data to determine material requirements based on production schedules and assembly demand.
  • Create, process, and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders for raw materials and subcontracted operations.
  • Maintain accurate order, inventory, supplier, and lead-time data within SAP and related business systems.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, logistics, and suppliers to resolve material shortages, schedule conflicts, and system-related issues.
  • Monitor supplier performance, expedite orders as needed, and support uninterrupted production operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within material planning, procurement, and order management workflows.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in material requirements planning (MRP), procurement, or order management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory control, production planning, demand planning, and supplier performance management.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
