A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Business Integration Manager, you will operate closely with the GT SU NA leadership team, supporting high-priority business topics that are complex, highly visible, and often not fully defined. You will quickly assess business priorities, structure ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions, and translate complex or fragmented information into clear recommendations, decisions, and actions. Working across functions and without direct authority, you will influence senior stakeholders, drive alignment, and ensure critical initiatives continue to move forward. This role requires strong business judgment, executive presence, and the ability to create transparency, accountability, and decision readiness across the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Drive high-priority business initiatives with direct visibility to the GT SU NA leadership team, ensuring key priorities are clearly structured, appropriately prioritized, and progressed toward measurable business outcomes.
  • Structure complex and ambiguous business topics by analyzing available information, identifying risks and dependencies, challenging assumptions, and developing clear, actionable recommendations for leadership decision-making.
  • Influence and align senior stakeholders across functions without direct authority, establishing clear ownership, timelines, and accountability while proactively addressing barriers to execution.
  • Prepare executive-level decision materials, business updates, leadership reviews, and management presentations that consolidate complex information into concise, fact-based insights and a clear point of view.
  • Consolidate initiative status, business performance, dependencies, risks, and escalation topics into actionable leadership reporting, creating transparency across GT SU NA and enabling timely management decisions.
  • Ensure effective follow-through on critical leadership decisions by tracking ownership, timing, risks, dependencies, and agreed actions through to closure, while supporting the business operating rhythm and continuously improving decision-making processes.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is required; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in business management, consulting, project management, finance, commercial, operations, or a related business leadership role.
  • Demonstrated track record of high performance, increasing responsibility, and measurable business impact, preferably within a complex, multinational or industrial organization.
  • Strong business judgment and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex and ambiguous topics, identify key issues and dependencies, challenge assumptions, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Confidence and executive presence to influence senior stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional alignment, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive outcomes without formal authority.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
