We are therefore expanding our Service R&D team with a Data Analyst for our installed fleet of medium gas turbines. You will help us transform operational data into better decisions. Working closely with engineering, overhaul, parts, and IT teams, you will identify patterns, predict fleet behaviour, and create insights that improve reliability and customer value.

You will join an open and supportive team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are central to how we work. You will work closely with colleagues across both service and new development organizations, connecting operational data with practical engineering and business decisions.

The role will give you an understanding of how operational behaviour, technical design, and lifecycle considerations interact to influence fleet performance and customer value.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Analyze operational and maintenance data from our installed fleet.
  • Develop models and methods that support maintenance planning and lifecycle management.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that can improve fleet performance and availability.
  • Build and maintain data structures and analytical tools that enable efficient decision-making.
  • Create clear visualizations and reports that turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the development of future service offerings and digital solutions.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline
  • First experience in data analytics or data science, preferably within an industrial, engineering, or asset-intensive environment, including analysis of mechanical systems or rotating equipment
  • Expertise in data management, statistical analysis, forecasting, simulations, troubleshooting, and investigation methodologies
  • Programming skills in Python and/or R, as well as experience with MATLAB, data analysis frameworks, and visualization tools
  • Sound understanding of mechanical and systems engineering principles, with the ability to translate complex technical data into strategic business insights
  • Influencing, communication, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, commercial, and management stakeholder groups

About the Team
