How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage purchase orders in SAP for business activities and indirect materials, ensuring timely processing and effective follow-up.
- Monitor new orders, sales performance, margins, and profitability data to support business transparency and decision-making.
- Support tender preparation activities, including contract documentation and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure invoicing is completed in accordance with internal guidelines and Bulgarian legislation, while coordinating the timely exchange of documents with customers.
- Collaborate with business administration colleagues on expense report reviews and tendering activities.
- Contribute to accurate record-keeping and efficient commercial operations across the business.
What You Bring
- You have successfully completed a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous exposure to procurement, order management, or business administration processes would be beneficial.
- Experience working with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is considered an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills enable you to collaborate confidently in an international environment.
- You have a structured and detail-oriented approach, combined with strong organizational and analytical skills.
