About the Role
A Snapshot of your day
Your day involves leading and supporting the maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations, while overseeing preventive maintenance activities, work planning, and execution to maximize equipment performance and uptime. You will also monitor compliance, operational reporting, and maintenance KPIs, applying your power plant expertise, technical knowledge, and leadership skills to align daily maintenance activities with overall plant objectives.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with EHS standards, company policies, and operational procedures while providing coaching and technical guidance.
- Support maintenance planning and execution by coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, assigning priorities, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
- Oversee equipment reliability and performance, including supporting commissioning activities and resolving operational issues to maximize plant availability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and supply chain, to ensure the timely availability of spare parts, materials, and maintenance resources.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, analyze performance data and trends, support budget tracking, and drive continuous improvement and risk management initiatives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in power plant maintenance operations or within a heavy industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices, equipment reliability, and plant systems.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, with the ability to lead and develop technical teams.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations, operational procedures, and maintenance best practices in an industrial setting.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
