About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic team as a Logistics and Parts Coordinator at one of the largest wind farms in the Nordics, located in Lestijärvi, Finland! In this pivotal role, you will ensure efficient material management and logistics support across various wind-farm sites. You will collaborate closely with the regional Logistics team and your colleagues to set up and manage the local warehouse. Imagine interfacing daily with Site Leaders, Service Operations Managers, and Service Operation Planners to enhance transparency, optimize inventory, and ensure reliable material planning.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will consolidate and record all material receipts and issues in SAP, ensuring accurate tracking.
- Maintain minimum stock levels at facilities in line with the Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL) to support operational efficiency.
- Analyze material consumption and manage ordering during fault resolution to minimize downtime.
- Generate and maintain stock tracking and deviation reports for operational transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate material and equipment shipments to wind farm warehouses or maintenance teams, ensuring timely delivery and support.
What You Bring
- You have experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, showcasing your expertise.
- Proficiency in inventory management using SAP (preferably AGORA/S4HANA) is essential for this role.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to effectively manage logistics operations.
- Knowledge of wind farm and warehouse management operations is a valuable advantage.
- You are fluent in English, and Finnish language skills are a plus, enhancing your communication capabilities.
- A valid Finnish B and C driving license is required for this position.
