A Snapshot of Your Day
This role will focus on three core areas: strategic sales development to capture new business, key account management to build and maintain relationships with major energy stakeholders, and leading complex bid and tender processes for large-scale projects.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Analyze Polish energy market trends, competitor activities, and policy changes to identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Grid Technologies.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, focusing on growth targets in grid expansion, offshore wind, and digital modernization projects.
- Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Work independently to manage complex sales processes and projects with limited supervision, aligning with P3 career level expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, including utilities, project developers, and EPC contractors.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline using CRM tools, from initial lead generation and prospecting through to opportunity qualification and development.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and solutions.
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of complex, high-value bids and tenders in response to market demand for grid infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with internal technical, financial, and legal teams to ensure proposals are competitive, compliant, and commercially sound.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and decision-makers.

What You Bring
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering (Electrical, Power Systems), or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Professional (P3 level), typically with 5+ years in B2B sales, key account management, or business development within the energy, power generation, or heavy industrial sector.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex, long-cycle sales and leading public tender/bid management processes.
- Fluency in Polish and English is required.
- Experience in sales and business development, including selling techniques, sales prospecting, lead generation, sales analysis, and negotiation to identify growth opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and drive sustainable business growth.
- Capabilities in customer and market strategy, including customer relationship management, relationship building, market research, strategic thinking, and forecasting to identify growth opportunities, strengthen customer engagement, and support long‑term business success.
- Effective communication and presentation capabilities, including sales presentations, influencing skills, and the use of Salesforce to support customer engagement, stakeholder alignment, and the achievement of commercial objectives.
