Join Siemens Energy as a Senior Project Manager & Team Lead in our Grid Technologies organization, where your expertise will drive the successful delivery of High Voltage Switchgear and Power Transformer projects. Imagine taking full ownership of complex customer projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with project management standards. You will also coordinate and support a talented team of Project Managers, fostering their professional development while promoting best practices. How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will lead complex customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful handover and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, managing risks and opportunities effectively.
- Coordinate activities among customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and report on project KPIs, implementing corrective actions to drive project success.
- Support and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering collaboration and consistency in project execution practices.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of project management experience in technical, industrial, or energy project environments.
- Proven track record in managing customer-facing projects with a focus on cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and develop teams, along with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
