How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Supporting the global HR Business Partners in people development topics
  • Supporting organisational change by managing large amounts of data (in Excel and various IT tools) and collaborating with key stakeholders and business unit interfaces
  • Preparation of management meetings, workshops and creation of presentations
  • Supporting HR reporting and data analysis
  • Supporting the use of AI - powered tools and digital solutions to streamline HR processes, improve reporting and analytics, and foster knowledge sharing across global HR teams
  • Administrative and other special topics, e.g. organizing team events
What You Bring
  • Current studies in business administration or psychology (or comparable) with focus on Human Resources (HR)
  • High level of initiative with strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills
  • Results-orientation, careful and reliable way of working, open-mindedness, ability to work in a team, motivation and enthusiasm
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies and identify opportunities to improve ways of working through AI
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Flexible attitude as no working day will be the same
