Will focus on three core areas: Bid and Proposal Management, Contract Administration and Negotiation, and Sales Operations Support.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop pre-sales contract strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Structure and prepare comprehensive proposals, bid documents, and responses to tenders.
  • Ensure all proposal content is accurate, compelling, and compliant with internal policies and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and approvals for bid submissions.
  • Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing with external customers to align with business objectives.
  • Administer active contracts, including managing amendments and renegotiations to accommodate scope changes.
  • Monitor and ensure the fulfillment of all contractual obligations by both the company and the client.
  • Serve as the point of contact for contractual clarifications and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bids, proposals, and contracts in the CRM system.
  • Analyze and report on key business metrics, including bid win/loss rates and contract performance.
  • Support the sales team by providing administrative and operational assistance throughout the sales process.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the sales operations function.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Experienced Professional (P2 level) in contract management, bid preparation, or a similar sales operations role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with general supervision on difficult but not overly complex problems.
  • Capabilities in contract and proposal management, including negotiation, technical writing, pricing strategies, value proposition development, subcontracting, and document editing to support the creation of competitive proposals, effective contract execution, and successful commercial outcomes.
  • Experience in sales and customer operations, including customer relationship management, Salesforce, and sales reporting to support effective customer engagement, pipeline visibility, and informed commercial decision‑making.
  • Strong analytical and process management skills, including analytical thinking, the use of business metrics, process improvement, and proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and Power BI to support data‑driven decision‑making, performance monitoring, and operational efficiency.
  • Effective collaboration in international and cross‑cultural environments, including teamwork, cultural awareness, business‑fluent English communication skills, and the ability to work successfully with diverse stakeholders across countries and functions to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Legal knowledge is considered an advantage.
