This internship program is designed for students from SMK (Vocational Secondary Schools) to gain practical exposure in a professional workshop and operational environment. The program provides valuable hands-on learning opportunities, allowing students to develop technical skills and gain real-world work experience before graduation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Perform assigned tasks and responsibilities according to the designated internship field and area of study.
• Follow instructions and guidance provided by the assigned supervisor or mentor.
• Seek clarification whenever tasks, procedures, or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are unclear.
• Document work processes and procedures accurately and comprehensively.
• Demonstrate professionalism and attentiveness during training sessions and briefings.
• Actively participate in discussions and ask relevant questions to enhance learning.
• Be open to feedback, suggestions, and constructive criticism, and apply them for continuous improvement.
• Collect and record relevant information, notes, photographs, or videos in accordance with company policies and supervisor approval.
• Adhere to all workplace safety, quality, and operational requirements.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Vocational Secondary School (SMK) program relevant to the internship discipline.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a structured environment and meet assigned deadlines.
• Responsible, disciplined, and committed to completing assigned tasks.
